Mini-split service & maintenance
Mini-splits have their own maintenance needs — especially the indoor head blower wheel, which most general HVAC companies skip. We pull the wheel, deep-clean it, sanitize the drain pan, and clean the condenser coil. Twice a year is right for Louisiana humidity.
Mini-split repair
Blower wheel imbalance, communication errors between indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant leaks at flare connections, frozen coils, bad EEV valves — mini-splits fail differently than central systems.
