The EPA ranks indoor air quality among the top five environmental health risks — and in Louisiana, where we run AC seven months a year with the windows closed, what's inside our homes matters even more than what's outside. Pollen from pines and oaks, mold from 70%+ summer humidity, pet dander, cooking particulates, off-gassing from furniture, and smoke from brush and wildfire events all get recirculated through your HVAC system every few minutes. Filtration, purification, and humidity control — done together — solve it.
What we handle
Whole-home air purifiers
We install REME HALO-LED, iWave-R, and Air Scrubber by Aerus systems that sit in your ductwork and continuously neutralize airborne viruses, bacteria, mold spores, pet dander, odors, and VOCs. These are not plug-in room purifiers — they treat every cubic foot of air that passes through your system.
UV germicidal lights
High-output UV-C lamps installed on the evaporator coil kill the mold and biofilm that grow there in Louisiana humidity. Your coil stays clean, airflow stays strong, and the air coming out of your vents isn't passing through a microbial film.
MERV 13 filtration
The 1-inch fiberglass filter at your return is stopping dust bunnies — and basically nothing else. A 4- or 5-inch media cabinet with a MERV 13 filter captures pollen, smoke, pet dander, and particles down to 0.3 microns. It's the single biggest air-quality upgrade for most homes.
Whole-home dehumidifiers
If your home sits above 55% indoor humidity in summer (most untreated Louisiana homes do), your AC is fighting a losing battle. A dedicated whole-home dehumidifier (Aprilaire E100, Santa Fe Compact70) pulls moisture independent of cooling — drier air feels cooler, saves energy, and prevents mold.
IAQ testing & audit
We'll measure particulates, VOCs, humidity, and CO₂ in your home and tell you — with numbers — what to do. No guessing. No upsell. Sometimes the answer is just a better filter; sometimes it's a full IAQ package. You'll know either way.
