The Signature Care Club

Signature Care Club is our preventive-maintenance membership for homeowners who'd rather pay a little every month than a lot in July. Members get two professional tune-ups a year (spring cooling + fall heating), priority dispatch during heat waves and cold snaps, member-only pricing on every repair, and waived diagnostic fees. Over 200 Livingston Parish and Baton Rouge homes are enrolled — and most say it paid for itself in the first year.

What's included, every year

• Spring cooling tune-up. Full 25-point AC inspection before the Louisiana heat hits. Coil cleaning, refrigerant check, drain flush, capacitor test, airflow verification.
• Fall heating tune-up. Furnace safety inspection, heat exchanger check, ignition and gas-valve test, combustion analysis. Heat pump mode switchover test.
• Priority dispatch. Members jump to the front of the schedule during heat waves, cold snaps, and holiday weekends.
• Waived diagnostic fees. Zero $89 diagnostic charges on any member visit, year-round.
• 15% off all repairs. Every repair, every part, every visit — for as long as you're a member.
• Transferable if you sell. Selling your home? Pass the membership to the buyer as a closing perk.

Is it worth it?

Most members break even on the membership within the first year just from waived diagnostic fees and 15% repair discounts. Over three years, typical savings are $400–$1,200 per system.
